Delete account
RayDB allows users to permanently delete their accounts. This action is irreversible and will remove all personal data, including profile information and billing details. Clusters and teams will not be deleted, but access to them will be revoked.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to the RayDB Dashboard.
- Click on the profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Security section.
- Click Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message and acknowledge the consequences.
- Enter your password to confirm your identity.
- Click Permanently Delete Account.
Important Considerations
- All personal data will be permanently deleted, including your profile and billing information.
- Clusters and teams will not be deleted, but you will lose access to them.
- If you own a team, you must transfer ownership before deleting your account.
- Active subscriptions will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining billing period.
- If you lose access to your account, contact Support for assistance.
