Change email

RayDB allows users to update their account email address directly from the dashboard. Follow these steps to change your email.

Steps to Change Your Email

  1. Log in to the RayDB Dashboard.
  2. Click on the profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Under the Email section, click Change Email.
  5. Enter your new email address and confirm the change.
  6. Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click to confirm.
  7. Once verified, your new email will be updated in your account.

Important Notes

  • Email changes require verification to prevent unauthorized updates.
  • All future notifications (billing, alerts, and security messages) will be sent to the new email.
  • If you lose access to your current email, contact Support for assistance.
