Change email
RayDB allows users to update their account email address directly from the dashboard. Follow these steps to change your email.
Steps to Change Your Email
- Log in to the RayDB Dashboard.
- Click on the profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Under the Email section, click Change Email.
- Enter your new email address and confirm the change.
- Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click to confirm.
- Once verified, your new email will be updated in your account.
Important Notes
- Email changes require verification to prevent unauthorized updates.
- All future notifications (billing, alerts, and security messages) will be sent to the new email.
- If you lose access to your current email, contact Support for assistance.
