Chnage password

RayDB allows users to update their account password securely through the dashboard. Follow these steps to change your password.

Steps to Change Your Password

1. Log in to the RayDB Dashboard.
2. Click on the profile dropdown in the top-right corner.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Navigate to the Security section.
5. Click Change Password.
6. Enter your current password for verification.
7. Set a new password and confirm it.
8. Click Save Changes to update your password.

Password Requirements

• Must be at least 12 characters long.
• Should include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid using common words or easily guessable passwords.

Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Go to the RayDB Login Page.
2. Click Forgot your password?.
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

Important Notes

• For security reasons, you must enter your current password before setting a new one.
• If you lose access to your email, contact Support for assistance.
