Monthly invoices

RayDB generates monthly invoices based on your selected plan and any additional usage charges. This guide explains how billing works and where to find your invoices.

Billing Cycle

  • Invoices are generated on the first day of each month for the previous month's usage.
  • Charges include your base plan and any additional usage fees (e.g., extra storage, data transfer, premium support).
  • Payments are automatically processed using the payment method on file.

Viewing and Downloading Invoices

  1. Log in to the RayDB Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions.
  3. Under the Invoices section, you can:
    • View a list of past invoices.
    • Download invoices in PDF format for record-keeping.

Payment Methods

  • RayDB supports credit/debit cards and other payment options depending on your region.
  • Update your payment method via the Billing & Subscriptions page.

Late Payments & Account Suspension

  • If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and a grace period to update your payment details.
  • Failure to resolve unpaid invoices may result in temporary suspension of your database services.
